the hotel location is excellent directly on the beautiful sandy beach. friendly staff. i loved having access to several wonderful restaurants and enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment, everything i wanted for a relaxing break. overall i had a wonderful time.
while mostly super clean, the daily room cleaning could be more consistent, sometimes missing small details. coffee sachets were not always replaced promptly. i needed to request refills on a couple of occasions. everything else was great, these are minor issues.

the staff are friendly and helpful with requests, making the experience delightful. i found them to be prompt when i needed something. staff addressed inquiries with great attention.

the breakfast had a great variety of foods. the hotel staff were cute and happy to assist with any requests i had. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was very near to the beach.
My room could have used more drawers. I struggled with storage. the cleaners sometimes missed replenishing coffee sachets, inconvenient. the bed sheets were not always clean. I noticed a stain once.

lovely grounds close to the beach

i stayed at the hotel for a week last september. the location is amazing, it is right next to fig tree bay. breakfast was abundant with so much choice and fresh produce. i especially enjoyed mr andreas teaching guests how to cook cypriot coffee.
the rooms could use more drawers there were a lack of shelves in the wardrobe. the cleaners occasionally forgot to replenish coffee sachets and missed cleaning certain areas in the room.

there were plenty of sun loungers available for everyone when i stayed in may. the grassy adult area allows swimming in both the sea and the pool. a complimentary cocktail evening with canapés was a nice welcome at the start of the season.

the staff were friendly and brought cocktails. reception staff were polite and helpful and they extended my checkout. the omelette chef was very friendly making breakfast a wonderful experience each morning i had breakfast.

the adult only pool provided a good space for relaxation.
I was not pleased. the gym lacked a spin bike and equipment looked adequate only. i was also disappointed by the koi restaurant. It had outdoor seating next to ponds full of carp, but the food quality did not meet my expectations for the price point.

The location is beautiful. The grounds are wonderfully maintained. We stayed in May, and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone! The staff was AMAZING!!!
The sun beds lacked clear explanations, which led to some initial confusion. A later check-out, initially assured, was not possible on the morning of departure.
